Overview:

Green Beehive II LLC, a licensed recreational cannabis manufacturer in Hillsboro, Oregon, is actively seeking a qualified and motivated Sales Representative to join our expanding team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in marketing and selling our high-quality cannabis products to other marijuana establishments within the state of Oregon. We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales within the cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Cultivation and Direct Sales:

  • Cultivate new business opportunities and promote Green Beehive II LLC's products through direct sales efforts.

  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships within the assigned sales territory.

Customer Engagement and Order Processing:

  • Call on existing customers to promote and sell the company's products, take sales orders, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Collect payments on delivered orders and build/maintain positive customer relations.

Market and Product Knowledge:

  • Keep abreast of the company's products, services, pricing, promotions, and relevant information.

  • Conduct periodic competitive market surveys on pricing, packaging, branding, and marketing trends.

Professional Representation:

  • Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-friendly attitude that promotes sales and reflects positively on the company.

  • Attend and actively participate in company meetings, trade shows, conferences, training, and other requested events.

Performance Standards:

  • Provide weekly pre-plans detailing customers requiring attention and specific needs.

  • Achieve the goal of visiting 10 to 12 accounts per day, with pre-plans including notes on the results from the previous week's activity.

Quota and Performance Measurement:

  • Attain monthly sales quota targets based on predetermined goals.

  •  Measure and report on new accounts opened, placement of specific products, monthly dollar volume, and other sales-oriented indicators.

Territory Management:

  • Develop and manage a designated sales territory within the state of Oregon.

  • Conduct outside sales activities to maximize company revenue and profit.

  • Cultivate new business opportunities and foster relationships with owners, buyers, and managers of licensed retail locations (dispensaries/delivery services).

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct periodic competitive market surveys on pricing, packaging, branding, and marketing.

  • Provide insights and feedback to support selling strategies and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's or Associates in business is preferred.

  • Must be 21 or older and possess an OLCC Marijuana Workers permit.

  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry.

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable automobile, and proof of insurance
